This Level 3 programme provides learners with practical and theoretical knowledge in monitoring and evaluation systems used in development projects, humanitarian programmes, government initiatives, and private sector projects. The course develops competencies in results-based management, indicator design, data collection, data analysis, reporting, and programme evaluation.
Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion, learners will be able to:
- Apply Monitoring and Evaluation principles and frameworks.
- Develop logical frameworks and theories of change.
- Design monitoring and evaluation plans.
- Develop SMART indicators and performance measures.
- Conduct data collection and validation.
- Analyse monitoring and evaluation data.
- Produce professional M&E reports.
- Conduct project and programme evaluations.
